- Employee Assisted Housing
UPMC South Side employees can get up to $2,000 to purchase a home in south Pittsburgh. UPMC South Side provides eligible employees with a $1000 forgivable grant toward closing costs or down payment on homes in select zip codes (15203, 15210, 15211 & 15227). South Side Local Development Company provides another $1,000 grant for purchases in the following south Pittsburgh neighborhoods: Allentown, Arlington, Beltzhoover, Knoxville, South Side, St Clair.
